At JumpPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JumpPlus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
